You’ve Never Heard Of This Toy — But It’s Why Some Kids Don’t Touch A Screen All Week
From sharper focus to real creativity, here are the 7 reasons this toy is doing what screen time never could.

A glowing drawing board got him ahead of every kid in his class
I was ready to accept that my son would just rot indoors all monsoon.
I found Desi Store on Instagram, ordered this board, and expected nothing.
While his classmates spent the rainy season glued to screens, mine drew, created and discovered — every single day.
He hasn’t asked for the iPad in three weeks. Still shocked.
While other kids get dumber on Reels, mine is quietly learning
I didn’t buy this as an educational toy. I just wanted him to stop asking for the iPad every five minutes.
By week two he was copying letters, tracing numbers, naming shapes — then running over to ask how to spell “elephant” so he could write it.
Hand-eye coordination. Letter formation. Focus. Everything his teacher mentions in PTMs — happening on our living room floor.
It arrived early — and with 12 free templates inside
Ordering online always makes me nervous. Half these sites take your money and send something else.
Desi Store delivered in 3 days, before I expected it. Inside the box were 12 free drawing templates — animals, alphabets, shapes.
His class teacher commented on his handwriting last week, and I didn’t connect it to this board until that moment.
The look on his face is the one he used to save for report cards
There’s a specific look he gets when he finishes something and feels proud. The big smile, the eyes lighting up, the running in shouting “Mumma dekho dekho!”
I used to see that on report card day. Now I see it three or four times an afternoon, because he finished a glowing drawing.
Finishing something and feeling proud, every day — that’s what builds confident kids. Not another episode on YouTube.
One button, the board glows — and it beat every screen in the house
I didn’t get it until I saw it in person.
The glow isn’t subtle — it’s bright and neon, and his face when his drawing lit up is something I wish I’d filmed. He calls it his “light drawing”.
Charges over USB. No batteries, no mains current, completely safe.
I leave him with it for hours on a rainy afternoon and don’t worry for a second.

It’s educational and warrantied — and I felt stupid about every toy before it
I used to grab whatever looked fun. Cars. Blocks. Random things from the mall.
None of them lasted, none of them taught him anything, and most ended up broken in a corner within days.
This one is shock-proof, charges over USB, is safe for small kids, and carries a 6-month warranty.
The part that got me was realising it’s educational on top of all that.
I trusted 36,243+ parents over my own doubt — best decision I made
I’ll be honest — I was sceptical. So before ordering I went deep into the reviews.
Every parent said the same thing. Screen time disappeared. Best toy they’d bought. Wish they’d found it sooner.
What nobody told me is how fast it sells out. I went back for a second one and the 50% off was gone.
If it’s in stock and discounted, get it without thinking twice.
“Bought this for my daughter and it was a huge hit! The lighting feature makes it so much more fun than a regular board. She loves to draw and she has left my iPad. Great quality and the battery lasts really long.”

“Ordered this as a surprise for my son's birthday and both my kids went absolutely crazy. The LED lights look incredible in the dark. The build quality is solid and doesn't feel cheap at all. Much better than any toy we've bought before. Even I had to record a reel of it.”

Desi Store has sold out 12 times in the past year. That demand has brought counterfeit versions onto Amazon, Flipkart and other sites, built with poor-quality materials that can be unsafe for your child.
We’re the only authorised seller — shipped direct, quality-verified, and the only one that includes a 6-month warranty.
PS: Only available here. Please don’t buy the fakes listed elsewhere.
