At Desi Store, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations or refunds may be required. Please read the following policies carefully.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
We have made it easy for you to cancel your order. You can do so from your My Orders page on our website. Call / WhatsApp on 7400331506
You may request an order cancellation at any time before the order is delivered.
If your order is eligible for cancellation, a "Cancel" button will be displayed against the relevant order.
Simply click the Cancel button to proceed with the cancellation.
For Prepaid Orders:
If your order is in the "Confirmed" status, refunds can be processed either:
Instantly to your Desi Store Wallet, or
To your original payment method, which may take 5-7 business days post initiation.
If your order has been shipped ("Shipped" or "In-Transit" status), a return request will be initiated with our logistics partner. Once the return is processed, the refund will be initiated.
If the order has already been delivered, we won’t be able to process a cancellation.
How Will I Be Notified About the Status of My Cancellation or Refund?
You will receive a notification via WhatsApp/SMS when your cancellation request is successful.
You will also receive a confirmation once the refund reference ID has been generated by our payment partner. Refunds should be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days from this confirmation.
Can I Return My Order?
We do not accept returns.
Replacement Orders
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect, damaged, or expired product, we will be happy to send a replacement if a request is raised within 7 working days and the replacement product will be delivered within 7 -10 working days.
Replacement is eligible in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Missing products from the order
Damaged products delivered
Expired products delivered
To request a replacement, please message us on WhatsApp at +917400331506. Our customer support team may ask for additional details before processing your request.
Once a replacement request is approved, a new order ID will be generated and will be visible in your order history.
Miscellaneous
In rare cases, refund reference IDs may not be generated due to failures at the payment provider’s end. If this happens, contact us on WhatsApp at +917400331506, and if valid, we will provide an alternative refund link within 24 hours.
